FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • ARE YOUR WATCHES GENUINE/AUTHENTIC?
We understand that many buyers on the internet are wary of buying watches online due to scams and frankenwatches. That is why we back all our watches sold with a 100% money back guarantee. All watches sold are carefully curated, inspected and in working condition. Our watches are will also come with warranty cards/manuals and also original boxes as described.
  • ARE THE PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
We do believe our watches are very competitively priced and normally below the current market value. All our watches are carefully sourced and we only stock watches which are of good working condition. Many of the prices of the watches online or on 'ebay' or other portals may not be complete watch sets or purchased from the reputable dealers. Many cases of such watches may have come from 'frankenwatches' (watches which have had their original parts swapped out) or are possibly rejected models. Our watches are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and genuine and we have a money back guarantee as well.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Internet Banking Transfers and most major credit cards such as VISA and MASTER via Stripe. Do take note that internet banking transfers might take up to 5 working days to process and we will only ship the item after the funds are cleared.
  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEATHER STRAPS?
Leather is a natural product that needs to be handled carefully. Over time, the leather’s color may naturally darken. To preserve the leather’s color, avoid excessive exposure to direct sunlight. Protect your leather product from excessive heat or wet conditions. If your product gets wet, use a dry light colored cloth and leave to dry naturally. Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaners.
  • WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT LEATHER PRODUCTS
Since leather is a natural material, each product is one-of-a-kind — expect variation in markings, color and patterns. Due to the handmade nature of our leather products, expect a small tolerance in length and thickness.
  • WHAT STRAP SIZE SHOULD I BUY FOR MY WATCH?
The most important thing about the sizes of the straps are the measurements of the lug width of your watch. You may measure it using a ruler.
  • Where is your business based?
