Cartier watches are absolutely stunning in their execution and the Tank MC is no exception. The silvery dial is beautiful to look at with its unique finishing and catches the light wonderfully. The black roman numerals are classic Cartier, and gives the watch a classic yet modern feel. Turn it around and you can clearly see that it houses one of their best mid tier in-house movements - 1904 MC, which is also beautiful to look at. The movement is wonderfully finished, and at this price range, incomparable with even some other luxury watch makers, whose movements are not as detailed. The movement finishing and quality execution punches way above its price suggests.

This iconic Cartier was often worn on a 6 inch (average slim asian) wrist size as pictured. As it is from our personal collection, it has been worn for business, formal and casual events. One of the best attributes of the watch is how slim and light it feels on the wrist. For the side you can see how the watch is beautifully curved at the top and with a flat caseback. The leather strap can also be easily adjusted for the perfect fit and the deployant clasp is simple in its execution yet being very solid at the same time. Viewing the time on this watch is an absolute pleasure as well, it always feels like you’re telling time on an elegant and refined timepiece, and if viewed from certain angles you can see the curved sapphire crystal following the lines of the case with almost no distortion. Modern in its execution in every way but with the refinement and class of a high end jewelry timepiece. As classy as it seems, it also wears well in casual settings with jeans - the wide leather strap helps it blend into casual wear, as long as you’re not going to the beach. Where this watch shines is wearing it under the cuff - the way the watch wraps around the wrist and curved top means it is the ultimate watch to wear for formal and business occasions. It is one of those watches that never distracts attention from the wearer, but when noticed it truly shines unmistakably as a Cartier.
