The Timex Marlin was re-released in 2018 to much praise and fanfare and was extremely popular and for the first time in a long time in Timex's collection - it carried a mechanical hand wound movement. It is a faithful recreation of the 1960s Timex Marlin down to the case size - a faithful 34mm vintage proportion. This particular watch was a Limited Edition series exclusively created for the famous online retailer Mr Porter, the main difference being the gold tone case, which gives a more classic and mad men kind of look.
